Using Novel47
These terms apply when you use Novel47. You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age required where you live. If you need a parent or guardian’s permission under applicable law, obtain it before using the service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Your account
Provide accurate account details, protect your credentials, and take responsibility for activity on your account. Do not impersonate another person, evade a moderation restriction, automate abusive traffic, or try to access another person’s private information.
Publishing and permissions
You retain ownership of content you lawfully create. By uploading content, you give Novel47 permission to host, store, display, and distribute it through the service to operate the features you choose. You must own the necessary rights or have permission for text, translations, cover artwork, and other uploads. Crediting a creator does not replace permission. See our Copyright & Takedowns page.
Community and moderation
Follow the Community Guidelines. We may review, decline, restrict, or remove content and suspend accounts to address abuse, rights complaints, security issues, or violations. Publication approval is not a guarantee that content is accurate or authorized. Contact us if you believe a moderation decision was made in error.
Availability and third-party services
The service may change or be temporarily unavailable. Keep your own copies of writing you do not want to lose. External advertisements, donation pages, and other linked services are operated separately, and their own terms apply. Fiction, recommendations, and user posts do not constitute professional advice.
Responsibility and your rights
Users are responsible for the content they contribute and their conduct. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted access or error-free content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Contact and updates
For questions or disputes, contact the Novel47 team and describe the issue. We may revise these terms as the service changes. The revision date is shown on this page. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
